RETURN POLICY AND OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PURCHASE

We want our customers and those who receive your gifts to enjoy them as much as we do. If you or your recipient is not 100% delighted, please email us at Hello@roastedwhisk.com. Please be sure to have your order number available so we are able to assist.

It is our general policy to issue a replacement product of like kind or value, but we reserve the right to offer a refund in our sole discretion. Any refund offered by Company will be in the form of a credit towards a future purchase from our Company.

We are not responsible for delivery delays outside of our control and for deliveries that cannot be made due to inaccurate address information. We cannot guarantee that your gift will arrive to your recipient on the date you intend, unless we specifically offer that guarantee when the order is placed. We cannot refund orders that arrive later than your intended delivery date.

Food items are perishable. We recommend that you select the fastest shipping time available to ensure that your gift arrives fresh and can be fully enjoyed by your recipient. Food items, especially baked goods, are intended to be consumed within seven (7) days. While we do our best to protect food items in packing, we cannot warranty food items that may have melted or otherwise become damaged during shipping or due to lengthy shipping times. We are not responsible for and cannot control the temperature conditions during shipping. We cannot refund orders or replace items that may have melted or spoiled due to long delivery times or shipping conditions.

Gift items may be fragile. We do our best to package your gifts so they will arrive safely to the recipient. However, we cannot guarantee that the items will not become damaged during shipping due to handling by the shipping company. We are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping company. If your gift arrived broken or damaged due to our failure to properly package, please send an email to Hello@roastedwhisk.com with photographs of the packaging, all items included in the box, and the broken item, along with your order number. We will gladly replace items broken or damaged due to packing. We reserve the right to offer a replacement in our sole discretion.

We do our best to provide a complete and accurate description of each product and if applicable, its intended recipient. If you are unsure if one of our gifts is right for your recipient or unsure what is included in a gift, please contact us with your questions prior to placing an order. We cannot refund orders or offer a replacement item due to preference of the recipient or uncertainty of what was ordered.
