TERMS OF SALE & RETURN POLICY
All purchases made through Roasted Whisk Gifting Co. are final. Because we curate and hand-pack each gift with care, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a verified issue with your order. If your gift arrives damaged due to our packaging or includes incorrect items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@roastedwhisk.com. Be sure to include your order number and photographs showing the full box and any affected items. If eligible, we may offer a replacement of similar kind and value at our sole discretion. Any refund, if issued, will be provided as store credit for future use.
Roasted Whisk is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or external factors beyond our control. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates unless otherwise specified at the time of order, and we do not offer refunds for delays or missed occasions due to incorrect addresses or unexpected transit issues.
Please note that our food items are perishable. We recommend selecting expedited shipping to help ensure freshness upon arrival. Items such as baked goods are intended to be consumed within 7 days of receipt. While we take precautions to pack these items thoughtfully, we cannot guarantee their condition once in transit. We are not liable for melting, spoilage, or damage caused by heat, extended shipping timelines, or courier handling.
Because many of our gifts feature fragile pieces, we take extra care in packaging. However, we cannot guarantee that they will remain intact if mishandled during shipping. If an item arrives broken due to packaging issues on our end, please reach out with photos and your order number. We’re happy to review and determine if a replacement is appropriate.

We cannot offer replacements or refunds due to personal preference, recipient reaction, or misunderstandings about the contents of a gift box.
