Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship? 

We ship nationwide across the U.S. For our South Tampa community, local delivery and pick-up are available for orders of 5 or more boxes. A flat delivery fee applies.

How long does shipping take? 

Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery? 

Yes! We offer local delivery for a flat fee in South Tampa. Pickup options may be available for bulk or corporate orders, just reach out.

Is shipping included? 

Standard shipping is not included. Ground shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your gift box. We also offer express delivery options, which range from $8 to $50, depending on package size and speed selected.

While not all items are made in-house, we prioritize sourcing from local and artisan bakers who craft their treats with premium ingredients and small-batch techniques. Can I include a personalized message? 

Absolutely! We offer the option to add a handwritten card to your gift box for a small upcharge.

Depending on quantity and product availability, large orders may take 7-14 days.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy? 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
